The Silvatica Stole is a lightweight garter stitch scarf. The simple shape ist combined with a technique similar to intarsia.
A pattern of abstract shapes is created by holding contrasting mohair strands together with a one continuous strand of base yarn.
One size: 200cm / 79” long x 28cm / 11” wide

Gauge: 25 sts & 51 rows = 10cm / 4” over Garter stitch on 3mm needles, after blocking. Needles: 3mm / US 2.5 knitting needles

Notes: Silvatica is worked flat in Garter stitch. One continuous strand of yarn A is held throughout, either alone or held together with one strand of contrast mohair yarn B, C, D or E, as indicated on the colourwork chart
