• Sadly we are currently not able to ship books or knit kits outside of Germany – but the Intarsia Snail Mail letters are available worldwide!
• You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. There might delays occur due to customs.

Please note that gift cards and digital products such as knitting patterns can not be returned after downloading.

Please not that your are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be made responsible for any loss in value.
